Hi, I’m Rebecca Kim.
I am a classical feng shui & astrology practitioner, modern priestess, and co-founder of School for Seasonal Living.
My University background is in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language & culture from the University of California, Berkeley.
Apart from this, I formally trained in scientific Feng Shui, Chinese astrology, and energy work from renown teachers around the world. I am professionally trained and certified in energy/space clearing by Hay House author Jean Haner. I am certified in scientific classical feng shui and astrology by Dr. Ong Hean Tatt/ Gui Center in Malaysia. I’m trained in meditation, internal energy cultivation, and martial arts by Dr. Paul C. Wang of Dao Arts Center. There are so many more teachers and masters that have influenced me and I’m deeply grateful for them all.
After connecting more deeply with my roots, I discovered ancient spirit-immortal ancestors in my family lineage and now their virtuous legacies deeply inspire me and my work.
Since then, what used to be a mundane and rather stressful life has transformed into one full of divine inspiration, fantastic serendipities, and synchronicities every single day. Now I’m absolutely passionate about guiding individuals through their own life transformation and journey of self-mastery.
I’m of Korean-American heritage originally from L.A. My Korean name Danbi means “sweet rain”. I was born energetically empathic and this naturally got me interested in the spiritual and metaphysical.
On the way to become a medical doctor at University, I experienced a life-changing illness that led me to discover that really deep healing happens by addressing subtle energy and the mental-emotional-spiritual connection, and not just by working on the physical level.
